Erwin is based in South-East Asia since 2013 and has been operating in Myanmar for more than five years. After several years of consulting and building digital businesses for urban populations, Erwin decided to pursue his vision of developing a sustainable model for empowering millions of rural people. Through his engagements he has reached millions of users in frontier/emerging markets and has a strong network across the globe - in both the business and development sector.

Jennifer has been working in rural livelihood and value chain development over the past four years in Myanmar and Indonesia. Jennifer has extensive field experience working with smallholder farmers. Prior to moving to Southeast Asia, Jennifer worked for the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland on providing low- and middle- income countries with guidance on monitoring health inequalities, addressing social determinants of health and health impact assessments. Jennifer received her PhD in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Lion manages clients, projects and partners at Impact Terra. He leads the companies' efforts to bring financial inclusion to millions of rural farmers and the integration of satellite advice into the Golden Paddy platform. Lion studied International Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, one of Europe's leading business schools. He is skillful in project management, product development and strategy.
Head of User Marketing
Sashidar handles all the user marketing related activities at Impact Terra. He studied engineering at SRM university and started his career with one of the technology heavyweights, Hewlett Packard. Passionate about entrepreneurship and solving problems, he has spent most of his career working with startups. He also holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Kornkham Sengsawan (Sai Kwan Kham)
Kornkham Sengsawan (Sai Kwan Kham) is from Laihka, Southern Shan State. He is skillful in systematic research, analytical thinking and basic medical knowledge. Kornkham's parents are farmers and all his family and previous generations have traditionally been working in farming. Because of his background, coming from the farmer community, Kornkham knows how to approach to educate farmers with the best farming practices and improve their livelihoods.
Yu Chan Myae

Prior to joining Impact Terra, Yu worked as the HR Manager of Rocket Internet in Myanmar. Previously, Yu has also worked as a Project Secretary and HR manager for a project in Kachin State with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)-Holland. Yu’s expertise includes office management, payroll management, training, and leadership and organizational development. Yu received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from West Yangon University. Yu also holds a Diploma and certification in HR Management.
Yu Tinzar Htet
Yu Tin Zar Htet has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University, studying Plant Pathology, as well as entomology, soil and water science, plant breeding, agronomy, agricultural economics and horticulture. Yuyu likes to listen to music, read books, and she is a great chess player, having won the 'best player' prize at Yezin University.
Nan San Nyunt

Nan San Nyunt has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University, studying Agricultural Microbiology, as well as entomology, soil and water science, plant breeding, agronomy, agricultural economics and horticulture. She worked as an Agriculture Specialist for Shwe Kanbawza (SKBZ), Local NGO partnership with Mennonite Economic Development Associate (MEDA), IMOW Project. She had experienced in Soil Sampling, Seed Germination Testing (Rice, New Aye Yar), and Cropping Pattern of vegetables and Sloping Agricultural Land Technology (SALT) Cultivation by using A-Frame. Nyunt parents are peasants and she loves farming and keen to help farmers.
Shune Lei Wah
Shune Lei Wah has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University, studying Agricultural Biotechnology (Plant Tissue Culture), as well as entomology, soil and water science, plant breeding, agronomy, agricultural economics and horticulture. Shune learned Modern Agricultural Technology at China–ASEAN Education Training Center in China from 22 Oct, 2017 to 5 Nov, 2017. She worked as a Teaching Assistance at Department of Horticulture, Yezin Agricultural University from 11 Dec 2017 to 15 May 2018.
