Founder/CEO

Erwin previously worked as strategic adviser for McKinsey & Company and is the founder of four global technology ventures funded by Rocket Internet. Erwin is based in South-East Asia since 2013 and has been operating in Myanmar for more than six years. After several years of consulting and building digital businesses for urban populations, Erwin decided to pursue his vision of developing a sustainable model for empowering millions of rural people. Through his engagements he has reached millions of users in frontier/emerging markets and has a strong network across the globe - in both the business and development sector.

Head of Operations

Tatika has nine years of professional experience in consulting international and multinational firms across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Her advisory and management experience includes positions in Deloitte and two boutique management consulting firms headquartered in Singapore and Sydney. Tatika is passionate about social innovation that enables holistic development of marginalised groups. She founded a social enterprise promoting Southeast Asian textile designs, while empowering vulnerable communities in the Philippines and Indonesia. At Impact Terra, Tatika espouses a scalable business model in order to sustainably empower farmers.

Interim Chief Technology Officer

Ye Myat Min, who is also the CEO and Founder of nexlabs, is a creative thinker, a visionary and an entrepreneur. This tech whizz has a vision for Myanmar’s businesses to transform digitally which has always been his life-long passion. He is a big believer in self-learning, experimenting and learning through failing. Ye Myat has gathered a vast variety of experience in building design-centric digital products on mobile, web and social media through providing cutting-edge services to businesses. This tech-savvy, cool innovator is one to turn ideas into reality. He envisioned what many would not dare to even think of and dauntlessly dived down the innovative path of technology. When he’s not talking shop, you can find Ye Myat flipping and playing his guitar, fulfilling his childhood aspirations to become a musician.

Product Manager (Golden Paddy Crop Insights)

Gonzalo has a track record of successfully developing and launching several products and has spent the last few years managing services with thousands of daily concurrent users. His latest accomplishment has been the launch of a worldwide exclusive new service in partnership with Google. Gonzalo is originally an Industrial Engineer specialized in Electricity but early in his career shifted towards machine learning and software development. He currently also enjoys teaching at IE University in the Master of Business Analytics and Big Data. Gonzalo believes in leveraging technology for advancement of society and sustainable causes.

Business Development Manager

Previously working in strategy and operational consulting with Roland Berger and Alvarez & Marsal, Jie had the opportunity to work across multiple industries in Europe. Having always been interested in social and sustainable development, Jie has been pursuing online courses on the topic. By joining the Business Development team at Impact Terra, she is delighted to contribute her skills to create a better world for smallholder farmers as she strongly believes in digitisation as a means to empower them in a sustainable way.

Support Functions Manager

Kim is a professional Support Functions Manager with strong experience on HR, Admin, and Finance fields in start up companies. She enjoys being a part of startup companies and helping them grow. She holds B.A (Business Studies) and B.A (English). She also completed ACCA knowledge module and was also selected as one of the participants of Global UGrad Program for 2013 - 2014 Academic Year.
