On Demand Advice. LEAP201 is a venture philanthropy organisation working to reduce poverty in Myanmar. LEAP201 catalyses projects that develop the earnings capacity of the rural poor and enable them to take action to improve their own lives. 

The Dutch Embassy is the official representation of the Netherlands in Myanmar.

Smart Agriculture Myanmar. The Netherlands Space Office (NSO) is the governmental Space Agency of the Netherlands. Its primary task is to develop and execute the national space policy. The NSO is executor of the Geodata for Agriculture and Water (G4AW) program, which aims to improve food security in developing countries by using satellite data. Our SAM project is part of this G4AW program.

Earth Observation for Sustainable Development. The European Space Agency (ESA) is Europe’s gateway to space. The ESA aims to share Europe’s space capability, exploring the opportunities to share their satellite-based data insights with organizations in the Asian region. 

Smart Agriculture Myanmar.  Satelligence is a social enterprise established in 2016. The Satelligence team has over 55 years of combined experience in natural resource management, GIS, remote sensing, computer vision and machine learning. They specialize in providing semi-automated satellite-based change insights and actionable results over large areas at high detail. Satelligence has world class expertise on scalable processing of radar and optical satellite images to assess patterns and trends in agriculture and water in near realtime. With their technologies and knowledge, they provide timely information on the location and extent of (smallholder) parcels, crop type distribution, crop intensity and performance, as well as risks (e.g. floods and drought, pest and disease, deforestation, etc).

Winrock International is a recognized leader in international development with a focus on social, agricultural and environmental issues. Winrock’s mission is to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity and sustain natural resources across the globe.

Mungbean project. East-West Seed is an internationally operating seed breeding and marketing company with its roots in the Netherlands. East West Seed produces and sells premium quality hybrid and open pollinated seeds for all major tropical vegetable crops and severable pulses. 

Future Light Youths Network (FLYN) is a local CSO operating in the Danu Autonomous Region in Southern Shan State. FLYN’s objectives are to improve the productivity and livelihood of local people and maintain the natural environment. FLYN is partnering with Impact Terra to extend our engagement with farmers in Southern Shan State and increase digital literacy by training them how to download and use Golden Paddy.
