After several years of consulting and building digital businesses for urban populations, Erwin decided to pursue his vision of developing a sustainable model for empowering millions of rural people. Through his engagements he has reached millions of users in frontier/emerging markets and has a strong network across the globe - in both the business and development sector.

Jennifer has been working in rural livelihood and value chain development over the past four years in Myanmar and Indonesia. Jennifer has extensive field experience working with smallholder farmers. Prior to moving to Southeast Asia, Jennifer worked for the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland on providing low- and middle- income countries with guidance on monitoring health inequalities, addressing social determinants of health and health impact assessments. Jennifer received her PhD in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Sashidar handles all the user marketing related activities at Impact Terra. He studied engineering at SRM university and started his career with one of the technology heavyweights, Hewlett Packard. Passionate about entrepreneurship and solving problems, he has spent most of his career working with startups. He also holds an MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Francesco is fortunate to be an engineer by formal education and a farmer by passion. Advocating the current digital revolution, he is developing his expertise at the intersection of the agriculture and the engineering sectors. At Impact Terra, Francesco is leveraging his genuine passion for farming to transform data into insights and knowledge for the company, with the ultimate goal of supporting smallholders farmers in Myanmar. Prior experiences in South East Asia include a Research Assistant position at SUTD (Singapore), where he worked on data acquisition systems, IoT infrastructures, and data-driven research topics. Ultimately, Francesco is interested in how companies can generate new value adopting and implementing digital solutions.

Htin Shar Maung started his career in project management and system development in a local software development company. Later, He worked for DKSH , MPT and BRAC Myanmar. In DKSH he worked in Business Intelligence Team, report to senior management. In MPT he specialized in CVM campaign management. In BRAC Myanmar he worked in Product and Innovation. Nan San Nyunt has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University, studying Agricultural Microbiology, as well as entomology, soil and water science, plant breeding, agronomy, agricultural economics and horticulture. She worked as an Agriculture Specialist for Shwe Kanbawza (SKBZ), Local NGO partnership with Mennonite Economic Development Associate (MEDA), IMOW Project. She had experienced in Soil Sampling, Seed Germination Testing (Rice, New Aye Yar), and Cropping Pattern of vegetables and Sloping Agricultural Land Technology (SALT) Cultivation by using A-Frame. Nyunt parents are peasants and she loves farming and keen to help farmers.

Shune Lei Wah has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University, studying Agricultural Biotechnology (Plant Tissue Culture), as well as entomology, soil and water science, plant breeding, agronomy, agricultural economics and horticulture. Shune learned Modern Agricultural Technology at China–ASEAN Education Training Center in China from 22 Oct, 2017 to 5 Nov, 2017. She worked as a Teaching Assistance at Department of Horticulture, Yezin Agricultural University from 11 Dec 2017 to 15 May 2018.

May is from Shwegyin, Bago Region. She has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University. She studied specialization in agri-business management. She studied agricultural science such as agronomy, plant physiology and ecology, soil and water science, plant pathology, entomology and zoology, horticulture, animal science, agricultural extension, agricultural economics, project planning and management. She likes to play badminton, swim, read books, listen to music and sing.
Khin Soe Win
Khin Soe Win has graduated from Yezin Agricultural University in 2017, specialized in Agricultural
Biotechnology and other related subjects. She holds M.Agr.Sc. Her research during master program approaches to In vitro regeneration of selected rice genotypes (Oryza sativa) through anther culture. She worked as teaching assistant volunteer at Yezin Agricultural University and then as field agronomist at private rice production company called MyatEainDrary. She had experienced in rice production and also in some vegetable production, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and data analysis especially statistix (version 8). As her family’s business is farming, she also loves to take part in farming and share agricultural knowledge to farmers.
