Service Manager - Markets
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven manager with experience in (digital) marketplaces or other types of facilitation of (digital) transactions and an interest in developing innovative products and services.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Golden Paddy market services. You will be based in Yangon, Myanmar with the opportunity to travel to the field regularly to interact with buyers/sellers and farmers.

Formulate and execute compelling business case for the Golden Paddy market service
Drive the development and implementation of our market service offering
Assist in the development and implementation of data collection methods via the Golden Paddy platform
Oversee the collection of critical data for the market service
Lead and manage projects with clients
Report to Impact Terra’s management team
Based in Yangon, Myanmar
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
Excellent command of English, Burmese language a plus
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience with project management and performance management
Strong ICT skills (e.g. mobile apps, Microsoft Office) and affinity with data
Analytical and structured
Attention to detail
Highly motivated to quickly learn and pick up new skills
Initiative and solution focused
