We are looking for a Digital Services Manager that is responsible for the services we provide to our farmer users via our Golden Paddy Platform, call center and field work.
The Digital Services Manager is responsible for building and managing a dynamic team of individuals focused on delivering high quality services to farmer users. This is a varied job with high expectations. A strong understanding of digital services and mobile applications is a must, a good understanding of agriculture and smallholder farming important. The candidate should be a visionary entrepreneur with a no-nonsense, critical and constructive attitude.
Design, develop and deliver high-quality services to farmers around productivity alerts & advice,market connections and financing
Operate the Golden Paddy platform and products (including the mobile application) to deliver these services. Contribute to developing the products
Build and manage service delivery teams: content production team, notification team, customer services team, field team(s)
Design, develop and implement improvement projects
Develop relevant partnerships and outsourcing relationships
Drive engagement of users on the Golden Paddy platform
Report performance and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
Report directly to Director of Operations
Visit agricultural areas in Myanmar (e.g. Yangon, Bago, Ayerwaddy)
Based in Yangon, Myanmar with regular travel to rural areas
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience including managing personnel
Experience with project management, target setting and performance management
Strong ICT skills (e.g. mobile apps, Microsoft Office)Based in Yangon, Myanmar
Strong in English language

Entrepreneurial drive and can-do mentality
Highly motivated to learn and pick up new skills
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
